These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using MeowPaper (meowpaper.com) and the printable files created with its tools. They are written in plain language from the current product. They are not legal advice, have not been independently legally reviewed, and do not invent a registered company, governing law, or court.
Agreement to Terms
By using MeowPaper, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using MeowPaper
You may use MeowPaper to configure supported paper layouts, preview them, and download or print PDFs for lawful personal, educational, or ordinary work purposes consistent with these Terms.
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that harms service availability, bypass security controls, or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content. Automated access that unreasonably burdens the host may be limited by the hosting provider.
Generated Files and Permitted Use
Generators produce blank or lightly structured paper layouts (grids, lines, practice sheets, and similar formats) based on the settings you choose. You may download, print, and use those outputs for your own notes, teaching, practice, and drafting.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of MeowPaper’s website code, branding, or original page copy. They also do not claim that MeowPaper owns the ideas in what you later write or draw on a printed sheet. Commercial redistribution of MeowPaper’s website itself, or mass republishing of MeowPaper’s original marketing content as your own product, is not permitted.
If you sell or redistribute printed blanks at scale, do so lawfully and without implying MeowPaper endorsement. No exclusive licence beyond ordinary use of generated blanks is granted for MeowPaper trademarks or site design.
Intellectual Property
MeowPaper branding, site design, original text, and source code are protected as applicable by copyright and related rights held by their respective owners. Generator outputs are utilitarian paper templates produced by software you run in the browser; do not remove notices from pages where they appear, and do not present the MeowPaper site as your own service.
Accuracy and Printing Limitations
Layouts are generated from configured dimensions. Printed size can still vary because of PDF viewer settings, printer drivers, paper size mismatches, margins, and scaling options such as fit-to-page.
MeowPaper does not guarantee that every printout will match intended millimetre spacing on every device. Verify critical measurements yourself. The tools are not certified metrology or regulated drafting systems.
Availability and Changes
MeowPaper is provided as a free website. Features may change, move, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued. There is no service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or promise that a particular generator will remain unchanged.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
MeowPaper is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, where such disclaimers are allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of MeowPaper are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or print/production costs arising from use of the site or generated files. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
These Terms do not name a specific jurisdiction or court. Mandatory rights you may have in your place of residence are not waived where waiver is not allowed.
Changes to These Terms
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised intended effective date. Review this page when updates are published. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any mandatory rules that say otherwise.
